Do not exceed 3% concentration topically. Do not use in bathwater.

Beauty: Relax your body and mind while nourishing your skin. Use up to 8 drops in 1 tbsp of carrier oil, creams, and serums.

Diffusers & Burners: Embrace the moment. Add 8 to 10 drops in a diffuser or burner.

For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Patch test before use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy or if under a doctor’s care.

Blends well with: Eucalyptus, Juniper, Pine, and Rosemary essential oil

Diffuser: Add vitality and energy to any room by diffusing 8 to 10 drops essential oils of Peppermint essential oil.

Hair Oil: Add 2 drops of Peppermint essential oil to a tablespoon of Jojoba oil and massage onto scalp and eyebrows to stimulate hair growth.

Decongestant: Add 3 drops of Peppermint essential oil on a cotton round and inhale.
