Yin and Yang (yinyang) describes two forces, complementary in nature, that make up all natural matter and aspects of life.

Two halves that together, complete the whole. Yin, the feminine, and Yang, the masculine, energies are interdependent on one another, as one increases the other decreases to maintain the balance of the whole.

When choosing to burn your candle we recommend placing it on a plate or dish so as to catch the molten wax and prevent damage to furniture and surrounds.
